Vsevolod's childhood

I grew up in Kyiv, Ukraine, and I always had big dreams.”

Vsevolod’s journey into professional ballet begins with ballroom dancing, which he started at age 5, following his mother’s suggestion. Soon, he and his sister started competing professionally, and even winning championships. Later on, he switched to ballet at the age of 12. From 2009 to 2016, Vsevolod trained at Kyiv State Ballet School. He began to seriously make his mark when he started to participate in international ballet competitions, such as Youth America Grand Prix.

This training soon paid off at next year’s YAGP Finals, where his performance landed him a job at one of the world’s most renowned ballet companies in St. Petersburg, Russia: the Mariinsky Ballet.

it was one of the most difficult decisions I ever had to make.”
